 The recipie i have looked at for the split pea starter says store in a cool dark place for between 9-12 months. It then says very quickly fry some out of date squid to retain teh texture and funky taste.

Did i ever tell you about barbeque hotdog rice.

Dont forget to gimmie a shout when your recruiting a tour Chef!
