Beer and home brew information
Below is my home brew calculator it's been put together from various other calculators and pieces of information. I've tried to collaborate the best of everything I can find and put together to suit homebrewers in the UK.

I've put some of my beer, ale and stout recipes along with tasting notes below:-
Tainted Rose - A pretty standard ale using crystal and pale malts. The challenger hops brought out a citrus fruityness to this.
Santas Summer Special - A really strong beer which could put down an elephant. Very drinkable but too strong for the first pint.
Arthur - A kind of light summer stout. Probably the best to date. Really tasty woody overtunes.
KISS - Keep it simple stupid, a golden summer ale made from pale malt and goldings hops. |
