Food n Drink
This section is going to be filled with recipes, wine reviews, brewing information. Anything and everything that goes on in the kitchen.
The majority of recipes here are developed by a professional chef. We've tried to keep it simple and straight forward enough to do in any home kitchen.
The beer section will contain information and at some point a walk through of the all grain brewing process as we do it here. We have created some of the finest real ales known to humanity, in our opinion anyway.
The wine section is going to set about reviewing wines that we have tasted. Make no mistakes we are no wine experts but could probably identify a Saint Emillion from a Medoc. It's going to be predominently red wine reviews and we get wine from supermarkets and wine merchants around the UK as well as wine from regular visits to the South of France.
