Not St Neots actually but a wave just south of Hossegor in the south of France
Visiting St Neots

St Neots is a great place to visit and here we are going to run you through a little bit of local knowledge before you come.

Restaurants

There are some good places to eat in St Neots. My favourite is probably La Grisole (spealt wrong I'm sure) which is around the back of the market square. A simple good value Itallian that doesn't look like much but as soon as you go in you'll realise what a hidden gem it is. You'll also probably be shocked at how big it is, goes back a long way. Other good places to eat are the Eaton place and the Crown for pub food. The Rivermill takes some beating on a summers day for simple food in beautiful surroundings. We also have a KFC now! woot. One day, we'll have a Micky D's. There's the Priory and New Inn if a pint of Guiness with breakfast is your thing. For takeaways the Methi Indian outside of the pig and falcoln is good, chinese has to come from the oriental delight. Good fish and chips is hard to come by when you live two hours from the sea but the Cod Father (what a name) is good, bit hit and miss perhaps, the best chippy in St Neots award would have to go to the Ming Wai IMO.a

Things to do

The market square is a great place to start, farmers market on a saturday morning is pretty amazing. Through that in with a stop of at the market square cafe and you've got a hell of a good start to the weekend. Just don't take my table upstairs by the big window look over the square. The parks are pretty special too. Priory park is a massive wooded and green area with multiple play grounds, football pitches and a basketball court. The riverside is stunning with it's overhanging trees and wooden bridges. The quarter of a million pound skate park isn't half bad either. Still bored?
Knock some skittles for six at the eatnbowl, jump on a bus to Cambridge for the day. Get the 45min train to London and hit Camden. The full St Neots experience wouldn't be complete without a Crown to Town pub crawl though. See local information.

Places to stay

I really have no idea on this one. Travel Inn perhaps or there's a campsite on the walk on the backroads from the rivermill to town.
