Il papavero Itallian red wine
A wine that lives up to the promise of the region. The Languedoc area of France is stunning with it's proximity to the Atlantic Ocean,
Mediteranean seas and the Pyrenees mountains. This wine holds true to the character of the region with dsmooth tannins and a peppery
zest. The grape varieties are Merlot and Cabernet Franc with Merlot dominating the mix. The two grapes are fermented seperately and then
blended to taste. A Vin de pays d'oc with everything you expect from a French local wine.
